Spinach Artichoke Dip

Watermelon Feta Salad

Don't let summer slip away to fast!  Get out there and enjoy the warm weather while you can!  And with that warm weather comes refreshing fruit.  This salad brings together three of my favorite summer farmers market fruits and blends them perfectly with feta, fresh mint, and olive oil to add delicious depth.
