Red Onion Relish





Ingredients:

• 4 c. Sliced red onions
• 1/3 c. Sugar
• 1/3 Honey
• Dry white wine
• 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp. Salt

Directions:

• Add all ingredients to medium saucepan.  Bring to a boil over medium heat.  Cook until onions are soft and have absorbed the liquid.
• Cool and place in closed container..
• Will last up to 6 weeks in fridge.
